We are honored to have Chef Rick Tramonto partnering with us on this cooking class series starting with his first book, American Brasserie: 180 Robust Recipes Inspired by the Rustic Foods of France, Italy and America. He is best known as the Executive Chef and partner in Tru, a contemporary fine-dining restaurant in Chicago.
